Parent of a Child at School
At Zenith Lawyers, we appreciate the gravity of being able to care for your child and nurture them throughout their schooling years. Our zealous immigration team can help you prepare and submit an application for a Parent of Child Student visa. This allows one parent to enter or reside in the UK to care for their child who is a student. If you have other children, you can bring them with you if they have or are applying for a child student visa (formerly known as Tier 4 (Child) Student visa). Tier 4 visa application criteria dictate that the child must be between the ages of 4 and 11 and enrolled in an independent fee-paying educational institution in the UK.
